Bay Road Retreat

Our clients bought this property because of the beautiful location on Bay Road. However, the existing home lacked natural light, had some moisture issues in the basement, and had only storage space on the second floor. They wanted a home that fit into the natural surroundings, was super-insulated & energy efficient, and had an “old home” feel. We are so happy with how this project turned out, but more importantly, so are they!
