Mighty Roots, a design-build and cabinetry company in Seacoast, NH, and southeast ME, is seeking experienced, passionate carpenters for challenging work on new homes, additions, and renovations. Strong framing and finish carpentry skills are essential. We are a tight-knit crew, fostering a family-friendly environment with year-round, full-time employment (7:30 am - 4:00 pm, Mon-Fri) and company outings.

Project Manager
The Mighty Roots project manager works in many areas of development and is responsible for overseeing a building project from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. The duties include hiring laborers and negotiating contracts, routine client meetings, and it is also their responsibility to obtain all permits for a building site. An understanding of the construction business and the ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment are important for career success.
